This is it? This is all there is? Sadly, yes. I don’t make many mix cds anymore – I’m too much of a critic, and will spend time constantly redoing shit that I don’t like the sound of, to the point where when I finally get it the way I want it, I’m often entirely sick of the songs, and will end up just forgetting about the whole thing. Nevertheless, sometimes some stuff actually makes it to the point where it becomes a decent project, and I finish it off, and make it a nice little mix cd for y’all to peep.
This ain’t some Whoo Kid shit either bitches. No compilations up in here – the shit is mixed from start to finish by my own fair hand. Don’t get it twisted though – you’ll get mixes, blends, juggles, cuts, and scratches, BUT if you want 15 minute crab and flare solos and a special bonus track of the DJ cutting up ‘The Humpty Dance’ with his penis, then maybe you need to look elsewhere. However if you want some cds you can throw in the car to ride to, or in the headphones to vibe to, then hopefully these cds might be for you. (And they’re all guaranteed to be irritating-DJ-chatter AND gunshot-and-explosion-sound-effect free!)
And even if you hate me and all this music, these joints can still make colorful coasters to liven up any party!
